Job Description
-Preparing Monthly Information Package in a timely and accurate manner.
-Transitioning from external accounting resource to Finance Module in SAP.
-Assisting the Regional Controller in preparation of statistical data and reports concerning profits, cash flows, inventory, Receivables and Payables Aging analysis.
-Assist the Regional Financial Controller in preparation of Annual Budgets and period forecasts.
-Review all Monthly Expense Reports and arrange for remittances.
-Pre – Payment audit / review of Purchase Contracts, orders and vouchers.
-Assist the Regional Controller in coordination with banks.
-Support activities related to external and internal auditing.
-Oversight on all tax deductions, filing periodic tax returns, issuance of Tax Deduction Certificates.
-Disbursement of Imprest cash handling and recording in SAP.
-Cheque payments to local supplier and bank reconciliation. Recording of transactions in SAP.
-Machine wise Variance analysis of revenue generated and expenses incurred - on a fortnightly basis.
-Sales tax deposition, preparation of monthly and quarterly returns, annual assessments (with help of Lawyer).
-Issuance of various forms to vendors / customers under the ACT.
-Service tax payments, monthly, quarterly and annual filings.
-Providing monthly data on revenue and expenses of field office data.
-Vendor invoice checking against PO / LOI.
-Coordinating with customer related to collections raise through monthly invoices.
