Key Responsibilities of Asst / Deputy Manager – HR & Admin:
• Planning, developing and strategizing recruitment process to ensure timely selection and on boarding of the candidate.
• Maintaining appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
• Systematic monitoring on HR related issues like late comings, performance on work, grievance sharing etc and reporting to the top management.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance in co-operation with the executive team.
• Planning for employee’s performance appraisal; developing tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
• Ensuring Attendance, Salary processing, leave management systems and other time discipline areas to be effectively streamlined.
• Maintaining proper Employee Records and implementing MIS for entire HR operation.
• Effective interface with other functional departments of the company for laying out policies, recruitment needs etc.
• Maintaining and ensuring proper security at designated premises.
• Coordinate tour Programmes nationally and internationally.
• Ensuring ticketing, reservations and other related formalities.
• Ensuring Vendor management and facility management
• Responsible for Housekeeping Management, Travel Management, Vehicle management, Office Automations and daily/monthly payments
• Timely payment of bills ( specially Electricity ,telephone ,internet service).
• Organize meetings and other ad-hoc requirements (including booking rooms, arranging refreshment, etc) and support to each dept with respect to administrative activities.
• Taking care for company asset and there repair- maintenance , timely insurance and keeping the up- dated record of the same.
