Job Description |
|
Responsible for the entire talent /people management & administration by initiating & implementing the best people practices in the region •Forecasting & analyzing the manpower requirement for each store & taking care of recruitment in the operational level across the region, conducting detailed orientation for the new hires & exit interviews for the employees who are leaving.
•Lead the appraisal performance management system every qtr in coordination with the talent engagement & development team. Initiate the employee reward & promotions based on the performance.
•Supervising & Preparing salary and benefits budgets provide inputs pertaining to mandays, absenteeism & employee turnover.Liasoning with Govt. authorities, dealing with labour office, filing of PF & ESI, full & final settlements for exiting employees.
•Maintain a comprehensive MIS of manpower & related costs.
• Initiate new people engagement initiatives & trainings partnering with Learning & Development team & drive it across the region.
•Drive all the people processes for the Operation and constantly work with the team to improve them.
•Address HR process issues and partner with the businesses to resolve the same.
•Drive all the people processes for the Region and constantly work with the Retail team to improve them.
•Monitoring & Managing the HR operational budget.
