•Understanding & gathering the requirements from different business heads.
•Recruiting the candidates keeping in mind the company policy and philosophy and check the suitability of the candidates depending on the project.
•Plan, develop and drive sourcing/recruitment strategies in consultation with the hiring managers.
•Developing & implementing sourcing strategies and drive hiring activities of an organization by referral, generation, advertisements sourcing from portals, consultants, posting position, direct sourcing, walk-ins & networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
•Screening application forms and short-listing applicants. Interviewing candidates and making recommendations to the hiring managers
•Partnering with the hiring managers to strategize the hiring projects& Calibrate hiring across levels.
•Arranging the interview process and coordinating with the technical panel and managers for the closer of offer.
•Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering to stringent timelines.
•Strong account management while handling the entire recruitment cycle.
•To follow up with the candidates for joining. Maintaing the database of the candidates. Give the feed back of the candidates to the respective vendors
•To strive for the better relationship with the vendors.
•Vendor relationship management.
•Preparing weekly hiring dashboard and discussing hiring strategies with manager.
•Identifying new consultants and tracking their performance every quarterly.
•Oversees report generation and data entry done by the consultants. Supervises their work and provides guidance and instruction to them for sourcing the needed candidates.
