Position # 1: ZM/RSM – Zonal /Regional Sales Managers
Graduates, MBA preferred, under 40, minimum 10-15 years experience of selling Mobile Telecom Prepaid Cards or FMCG products viz. soft drinks, Cigarettes need only apply. Should have handled and deep knowledge (of various States in, West Zone at Mumbai) of appointment & management of distributors, retailers, franchisees, merchants as well as Creating & managing sales team and achieving targets. Position # 2: ASM (Area Sales Manager)
Desired candidate profile for ASM: -
• Age – Between 27 to 35 years
• Minimum Qualification – Graduate and PG diploma in Marketing Management
• Male
• He should be resident of HQ town.
• Experience – minimum 5 years in the same state.
• Skill Set - Sales Oriented, Confident, Computer Proficiency
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Preferably from Telecom (Prepaid) and FMCG Industry |
