Job Description
• Responsible for managing the complete Recruitment Process. • Conduct orientation for new joinees • Managing the employee on-boarding process and background checks. • Handling employee queries related to payroll, taxes and all other HR operation queries. • Interacting with vendors, for providing inputs related to the respective areas. • Responsible for coordinating and ensuring timely completion of the performance appraisal process. • Responsible for maintaining employee files (MIS) and personnel records, confidential and non-confidential data. • Providing inputs for payroll processing of the employees. • Responsible for hadling leave records & Attendance • Co-ordinating with the bank for opening the salary accounst of the new joinees. • Managing and monitoring day to day facilities operations including housekeeping, Travel Booking, Inventory management,Admin management etc. • Conducting the Exit Interviews
