Job Description: • Relationship Management- Interacting with the existing corporate client base of GIDF • Client Acquisition- Being a part of GIDF involves Concept marketing which would mean Making Corporate Presentations to senior industry people and proposing areas where GIDF and the target organization could partner . Key Responsibilities: • Establish relations with existing and potential Clientss • Respond to enquiries from partners with regard to the requirements of the clients and in lines with GIDF procedures and compliance requirements. • Identify, assess and approach new clients. • Co-ordinate all placement linkups and reports and to provide senior management with an overview of the same. • Manage clients and coordinate smooth implementation and management of the same• . Candidates must have orientation/ inclination to work for social causes. Willingness to travel Organisational skills and “team player” attitude are essential. Skills in Conflict resolution, behavioral change are an added advantage Computer literacy/working knowledge (including internet/email) is a must Language skills essential – English, Hindi and state language The emoluments are negotiable within a slab of (Rs 20000-25000p.m) , commensurate with caliber and experience of the person and will be linked with performance. .
