Recruitment: • Handling recruitment across different business verticals • Working under pressure with timelines for meeting the manpower requirement needs for different business verticals • Recruiting suitable candidates for different levels, Handling the entire process & ensuring the reporting of the selected candidate by continuous follow up & rapport building • Initiating & Implementing new recruitment methods in the organization : Employee referrals & Internal Job Postings(IJP) • Currently handling independently a major project for the organization that involves hiring of 200 hardware professionals with different skill sets. The project involves both resources transition planning & new hiring. • Reference check, consultancy tie ups. Post Recruitment: • Handling the joining formalities for the new recruits.
• Scheduling the Induction & the Orientation for the new recruit based the job roles & responsibilities.
• General briefing about the company policies & procedures.
• Co coordinating with IT team for creation of an appropriate email id & include of the new recruit name in the organization SOL: (if required as per the profile) Employee Retention: • Conducting exit interviews for the resigned employee.
• Carrying out an attrition analysis on a quarterly basis both location & business wise & sharing the report with all business heads & location in charges.
• Proposing ways to minimize attrition to the HR manager on the basis of the interaction the with employees & analysis of the attrition report generated. Employee relations: • Regularly reaching out to the employee through mails & discussion(Formal & informal) to understand their feeling of belongingness and comfort level in the organization Employee Rewards & Recognition: • Handling the Quarterly rewards and recognition program independently. Receiving the nominations from the respective business heads, compilation of the data received and preparation & Dispatch of the winner posters & Certificates. Training & Development: • Conducting training for any new recruit in the HR dept
• Providing the data for preparation of the effective training program for the existing & new employees
• Maintaining the records of the training conducted & also the feedback of the effectiveness of the training program conducted Other Initiatives: • Sending out motivation Quotes every morning.
• Sending out birthday wishes on a daily basis.
• Sending out Welcome mail to the new recruits
• Displaying informative articles on the Notice Board.
• Fun activates for the employees on festivals.
