(a) Complete recruitment cycle of Junior and lateral hiring
(b) Manpower planning and budgeting
(c) Preparing (i) Job Description & Job Specification (ii) Key -Resultant Areas & Key Performance Indicators
-Recruitment & Selection Process
-Employee Referral Program and Within the Organization
-Head Hunting / Executive Search & Campus Visits
-Management Consultant Services hiring
-E-services thru Naukri web portal and Newspaper Advertisement
-Selection and appointment of Outlet Staff, Management -Trainees & Cluster Managers.
-Maintaining employee files and documents background check
-Induction and Orientation Process
-New Employee joining formalities and statutory compliance
-Issuing Offer Letter and Appointment Letters & completion of Joining Formalities
-Making employee known the Policy and Culture of the Company
-Employee Engagement Activities like Cafeteria Eating, Birthday Celebration, picnics etc.
-Training and Development
(a) Training calender (b) Organising the training programmes ( c) Competency mapping across the organization, skill enhancement plan
Performance Management System
(a) Periodical performance review based on KRA\'s and evaluation -report generation based on KPI\'s
(b) PMS schedules and time to time MIS. Inter and intra department coordination
