Job Description |
|
Support global unified communications systems (voice, video, collaboration and mobility) for Applied Materials Global Information Services Department, and responsible for delivering remote UC support on a global scale. Supervise and drive local team to provide support to specified SLA’s, provide agreed reports, monitor and create improvement plans as needed. Manage outsourcing suppliers in respective areas and responsible for customer satisfaction for UC services globally. Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for UC service deliveries (Cisco IPT, MDM, LYNC, IPCC, Telepresence, Video and collaboration) ensures that agreed targets are met and appropriate qualitative standards achieved. Responsible for driving performance against the Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Provide solutions for escalated end user issues while supporting UC environment
• Recommend and implement improvements to mobility, video, collaboration and telecom solutions and produce service documentation and performance metrics
• Coordinate system upgrades and assumes overall responsibility for various UC incidents
• Supervise local team in the support the BlackBerry (BES), McAfee EMM, and all mobility servers and frameworks
• Supervise local team in the support Cisco VoIP phones, wired line services, video, Telepresence, webEx and call center technology
• Coordinate implementation of small, medium, and large telephony related projects
• Interface with other teams and ensure seamless connection to other environments where applicable
• Keep abreast of technology developments in the collaboration, video, mobility and telecom space
• Develop and implement robust processes to ensure that high quality service is seamlessly provided to customers
• Improvement of key customer satisfaction metrics, SLAs and deliverable.
• Analyze support service activities and make recommendations for increased organizational efficiency and effectiveness
• Interface with key vendors, manages the modification, integration and installation of hardware, software as well as database management system
• Initiate, manage and support global projects, initiatives, processes and policies
• Be willing to travel worldwide if required
