RECRUTERS: Job Description: 1.Hiring Candidates for Non-IT ( Retail Sector) 2.Reviews the job descriptions of different profiles working over different verticals. 3.Screening & Selection of Resumes from Job Portals 4.Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the requirements. Following up with prospective candidates 5.Ensure 95% offer to join ratio 6.Posting the jobs in different Portals and make optimum use of Advertising media. 7.Maintaining a comprensive and referral database of candidates for future references etc. 8.Preparing Reports on a daily basis 9.Identify and develop new sources of recruitment. Qulifications: Educational Qualification: MBA(HR) Any Graduate Experience required: 0-4 year experience in any Retail Industry Compensation: Rupees : 10,000-13,000 + Incentives on Sales   HR-COORDINATERS: Job Description   1.Managing & coordinating in day to day activities of State Operations 2.Taking care of Team, Pay roll Management & Recruitment 3. Recruitment, induction, at State level reporting to Regional HR Coordinator and Operational Head 4.To visit the clients place to ensure that all their requirements have been served effectively 5.To interact with the outsourced employees on routine basis. Understand the client’s requirements after meeting, conferencing & interacting with them over phone and in person 6.Coordinating with various internal and external departments in across the India for various client related queries. 7.Coordination with various departments regarding their manpower requirements. Understanding job descriptions as per hiring criteria. 8.Responsible for closing various requirements in stipulated time limit. 9.Involved in negotiations with the selected candidates in reference to the terms and conditions of employment. 10.Issuing offer letters for entire State New Joining, collecting documents, getting other statutory documents completed as per the instructions of HR Head. 11.On boarding of new joiners with proper induction 12.Preparing & Updating Employees records & Updating the Resumes in Internal Data Base in ERP (People.net) 13.Preparing MIS reports on weekly, monthly and need basis to provide feedback to top management on business operations, viz., billing, collection, manpower etc. 14.Preparation & Processing of Attendance & Leaves, invoices maintenance, client payment & salary dispatch should be done on time. 15.Insuring timely dispatch of pay slips. 16.Explaining the Service Agreement to the K-Scheme Managers and getting the sign 17.Processing full & final formalities. 18.Building good relationship with top management and clients 19.Reporting to the South HR Coordinator & Operational Manager on daily flow of activities. Required Qulifications: Educational Qualification:  MBA or Any Graduate Experience required: 0-2 year experience in any Retail Industry  Compensation: Best in the Industry  + Incentives on Sales   SALES EXECUTIVES: Job Description 1.Customar Receiving 2.Selling the Products in the Showroom 3.
