 Job Description
Candidate should be extremely smart with good English communication skills and a willingness to travel locally. He should have good presentation and negotiation deals to be able to close deals with key people in the industry.   Location: mumbai Product to be handled – interior furnishing products Qualifications req: graduate/ PG with good English communication as befitting an MNC brand Experience and skills req: Min. 1-4 yrs of experience in project sales. Should have excellent communication / persuasion skills and ready to travel locally in mumbai city as person will be handling bangalore market. Exp. in meeting similar Clientele will be an advantage. Experience in meeting influencers in field of Architects /Interior designers /Builders, will be an advantage Preferred Industries – architectural solutions, interior fit outs, furnishings, furniture, wooden flooring, modular kitchens etc Desired Profile: 1. Excellent Communication Skills, convincing skill, presentation, basic computer knowledge. 2. Candidates from the Similar Industries. 3. Industry: Preferably from the same Industry ( Interior Designers, Kitchen Industries, Modular Furniture) Soft Skills req: The incumbent should have exceptional leadership, excellent communication & presentation skills. He/she should embody good planning skills and have a high level of energy and initiative. Be result-oriented. Responsibilities would include: 1) Presentation to Clients 2) Generation of business via conversion of leads. 3) Follow-up with client till order received. 4) Mandays and BOQ Negotiation. 5) Approval of site before handover. 6) Payment follow-up. 7) Good Communication skills 8) Meeting with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors with hard core sales profile.   Desired Profile:   A graduate from BCOM / BTech / BSC streams. Should have good contacts with architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors. Should be aggressive with good communication skills, good speech, presentable. Should not be from channel sales i.e. those who deals with dealers.
