 Job Description
Quality Management standards, processes and tools • Definition of Production quality concept • Definition of QM processes and standards, Definition of QM tools for quality assurance • Defintion of Product Audit methods and processes for Quality concept • Prepare Product audit manual and relevant standards, work instructions and checklist/ formats. Product Quality Assurance • Definition of quality objectives for Paint, Body, Assembly. • Establishment of a 4Ms to ensure Product quality of HDT / LDT • Definition of Quality feedback loop • Evaluation and approval of Vehicle, Validation of corrective actions and repairs • Tracking of product audit concerns and corrective actions • Establishement of feedback system for measures Support product & plant projects • Execution of QM CVDS deliverables for LDT/HDT projects on time • Quality assurance activities in C-sample development process (HDT / LDT ) • Product audit of B/C, C and D-samples and reporting to Management • Quality evalution of Vehicle and process for Q-Release (Product release) Product audit • Establishment of 4M’s to execute product audit • Plan and select Vehicles for Product audit • Conduct Product audits on Vehicle as per schedule with Technical and Customer view point • Evaluation of Vehicle and identification and adjudication of Quality defects as per method • Presentation of Product audit results and highlight key points and escalation of Quality concerns • Feedback on the product audit observations, escalation of Quality concerns • Evaluation and approval of Vehicle and confirmation for Q-Release (Product release) QM Staff Management Direct and manage the Product audit activity • Plan and control headcount and budget • Training and evaluation • Monitor and improve processes Leadership Leading, motivating and promoting the assigned employees on the basis of the model by means of target agreements and performance evaluations. Assure a target-oriented internal communication. Assure an employee and task-related qualification. Making sure that the goals agreed on are accomplished. To guarantee the compliance of all group and location orientated policies (safety and environmental protection regulations, working time order, integrity code, guidelines etc.) according to current regulations/documents. To brief or instruct all assigned employees about the corresponding regulations. To observe or check the correct realization.
