Job Description
JOB Responsibilities: Ensure optimum operational efficiency of unit by coordinating with various functional leaders to achieve target operational growth & profitability and maximize internal & external customer satisfaction. Accountable for Process Streamlining, end to end business, clinical, manpower administration and operational issues pertaining to unit in line with Company business objectives. To ensure all Statutory Compliance. ACCOUNTABILITIES FOR THE POSITION • Identifying performance targets & accountabilities, Reviewing & evaluating performance against the targets, Identifying & addressing deviations & its relevant causes. Is responsible for bottom line profitability and revenue generation as per target of the unit.
• Strategic business planning.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards in the unit operations.
• Implementation of Clinical and administrative protocols & procedures
• Provide prompt, courteous, efficient and personalized service to all stakeholders.
• Ensures optimum utilization of facilities & services.
• Ensuring that all clinical as well as non clinical processes and protocols are adhered to.
• Monitor the key performance indicators of the unit and initiate corrective action, whenever necessary.
• Plan and implement up gradation of the unit facilities, product equipment and services in coordination with COO
• Establishing MIS in critical areas to assist in monitoring, reporting & problem solving
• Ensures relevant statutory requirements and norms are met so as to achieve efficiency of business operations.
• Implementing the Performance Appraisal Plan for the staff, Finalization of KRA’S to the Departmental Heads, Evaluating & providing feedback.
• Enabling the employees development by specifying their job competencies & through training.
• Handle medico legal issues in conjunction with the COO.
• To reduce expenditure by cutting costs and enhance profit margins.
• Monitoring & reviewing all patient related services to ensure high degree of Customer Satisfaction Index. Should Ensure : To Achieve the set target by the financial year designated to the unit.

To Streamline the processes both clinical & Administrative.
To see External/Internal goodwill created for the organization.
Building a culture of strong internal cross referrals amongst the medical fraternity to retain customers. SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES Qualification and Experience: MHA (or) MBA (or) MBBS with Dip. Hosp.Mgmt (or) MD with preferable with 5-8 years in the Operations function in a Leadership capacity. Skills and Knowledge: Good knowledge of administration
