1. Shall be responsible for operation and maintenance of the plant and machinery equipments such as HVAC System, Electric Sub Station (2x33 KV) with related HT/LT installation- DG sets- power distribution system- water supply & sanitation system and fire protection system.2. Detailed knowledge of handling the Integrated Building Management System (IBMS), CCTV system, Lifts & Escalators3. Shall be responsible for civil maintenance of the buildings, roads and land scape including plumbing.4. Multidisciplinary approach while coordinating with other technical areas5. Shall be fully conversant with the power saving and energy consumption6. Knowledge of Statutory compliances of various laws such as National Building Code of India and Building Bye Laws of the Local Authorities.7. Coordination/ Interaction with Architects, Contractors and other agencies8. Liassoning with the government department and other intermediary agencies9. Verifying the bills of various contractors in accordance with their respective contracts.10. Preparation of MIS reports11. Must Know Computers (MS-Office, E-Mail)12. Monitoring of various operational agencies services13. Planning for Ph-III and Guest House Project14. Layout planning, Development of Site, Statutoryrequirements related to construction15. Implementation of decision of concerned committee
