Job Description
Supervises: Mold Maintenance activity Carry out predictive,preventive and break down maintenance of Molds to ensure trouble free running of Molds. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintenain & up keep molds to its original or better capability through predictive & preventive maintenance.
Provide proper tooling service during shifts.
To carry out mold change over on bench as per the given schedule.
To carry out break down maintenance effectively and efficiently as and when required, to perform predictive and preventive maintenance as per plan.
Ensure that tooling spares and drawing are maintained and managed properly.
Assist processing team in troubleshooting production problems.
To work with the department in charge to draw plans to achieve above goals.
Effective & efficient utilization of resources.
Identifying improvement plans in his function and implementation.
Updating & maintaining of relevant documents in Mold maintenance with clear and concise data.
Maintaining housekeeping & ensuring safety measures in the work place.
Participate in implementing Do’s & Don’ts per ISO 14001.
Drive for continous improvement in respective areas.
Participate in Lean activities wherever assigned.
Ensure compliance with all policies & procedures in all related areas.
Any other projects/work assigned by management.
