Job Description
1.Understand the requirements of the telecom operators with respect to IBS sites. 2. Identify the sites required by the operators & management.
3. Acquisition of commercial buildings for IBS (In building solutions). 4. Co-ordinate with the technical team and the site owners to conduct the pre-survey of the site
5. Negotiate with the site owner/builder for the lowest rent as approved by the Management
6. Obtain Letter of Intent from site owners/builders for IBS services
7. Co-ordinate with KTIL legal department to obtain draft agreement
8. Co-ordinate and convince the site owners for signing the agreement
