Job Description Reporting to the Development Director, responsibility to identify the Consultant strategies. Professional Scope of services for various consultancy works, consultancy agreements (PS ’s) ,consultant engagement and PSA administration etc. Assist and support the process during feasibility master plans, architectural drawings, area computations, reports, presentations, workshops etc related to design dev elopment. Representing the company, be responsible for Co-ordinating and follow up with master planning consultants, architectural design and services consultants on scope & deliverables - monitor,review the work progress (quantitatively and qualitatively) and provide updates on status of deliverables and escalate in case of delays / non-compliance. Responsibility to evaluate the Statutory and Local Regulation requirements and ensuring that the Design Development adheres to the laid down stipulations. Advices on revisions / modifications required and manage the process to ensure that design adheres in totality – support statutory approval / liaison team during approval processes. Lead Design Co ordination meetings – establish a process of design co ordination and periodical review with Development Director in ensuring processes are being followed. Responsibility for design co ordination to resolve build ability issues, mock and sample approval process for architectural finishes elements. Assist and co-ordinate internally with project construction management team, financial analysts. Property and Asset Management teams for providing inputs for preparation of project related information, cost plans, cash flows, project schedule etc. Periodical Site inspection based on requirement to monitor and update / escalate incase of non compliance related to design / finishes etc. Follow up with Statutory Liaison team for statutory approvals and provide updates to the Development Director on a regular basis. Co-ordinate with team member in usage / updates on the DM process through the use of software (share point website) on regular basis. Responsibility on Planning and Design Parameters for various development scenarios during feasibility / project assessment stage. Responsibility for Design Brief, Statutory Regulations,Planning parameters, Design Principles component of the Development Brief.
