 Job Description
Reporting to Vice President-HR ? HR & Administrative Support 1) Preparation of offer letters, joining kit & liasioning with the new hires for completed joining kit & confirmed date of joining 2) Initiating the background check of the new hires with the background screening agency and coordination & followup with the agency for the background screening report within the specified timelines 3) Coordination with the Bank for salary account opening process of new hires. 4) Coordination with the recruitment team for smooth onboarding of new hires 5) Entering in the new hire details in workday for generation of Employee code, Login id – coordination with the NY HRIS team. 6) Communicating the new hire /employee exit/ transfer to the Corporate Services/ Local infrastructure team for necessary arrangement/action 7) Workday updation in case of employee termination, transfer etc & all related paperwork 8) Assisting the manager in organizing logistics for monthly induction, exit interview, HR sessions etc 9) Communicating the new hire payroll inputs, resignation inputs, transfer input to the finance team for payroll processing. 10) Creation and maintenance of personnel files and all records 11) Communicating the new hire details and employee termination details to the insurance providers & related coordination to ensure coverage/deletion. 12) Assisting the manager in performance review/year end activities. 13) Resolving routine employees queries 14) Managing the employee confirmation process. 15) Preparation of all types of letters 16) Preparation of vouchers for monthly vendor invoices and coordination with finance for timely payments ? MIS reporting 1) Assisting the Manager for any Data audit, headcount reporting, other adhoc MIS requirements. 2) Generation of monthly leave report from the system & providing the same to HK Finance for monthly accounting & BU heads for their records and reference. ? Labor Compliance 1) Responsible for organizing monthly entity compliance and vendor compliance audits through the local labor consultant 2) Coordination and regular follow ups with the consultant for all local labor law compliance requirements - various types of monthly and annual returns for submission to the labour office and all related documentation. 3) Initiate PF transfer, PF withdrawal process of the employees & resolving the related employee queries in coordination with the compliance consultant. 4) Liasioning with the labor law compliance consultant for fortnightly meetings to resolve pending issues.   Job Location : Goregaon (E)
