This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and seasoned professional to work in close co-ordination with the VP – HR towards:
• Supporting the HR function from an MIS standpoint;
• In- depth analysis of business data pertinent to employees;
• Playing the role of Business Analyst for HR;
• Front ending the discussions with senior leaders towards taking data driven informed decisions; and
• Researching, analyzing and ultimately making action-oriented recommendations that further helps the organization achieve its goals.
