Job Description / Responsibilities
Main Objectives:
1. Maintain a professional and completer HR policy and procedure for HR routine jobs, which satisfies the needs of employees and also the needs for the company.
2. Obtain a high level of employee satisfaction and motivation throughout the company, and achieve a friendly but professional working environment.
3. Improved HR management mainly with improved policy, process, and efficiencies. Major responsibilities include :
1. Organize and coordinate different training in ICD University to help the team members knowledge
2. Recruit the right people for the right position through effective channels
3. Join and Separation Procedure
a) Monitor and ensure all formalities policy and procedure to be implemented in different cities. Training local HR about the policy and procedure.
b) Coordinate with other department to complete the procedure.
4. Attendance Management
a) Train the policy and procedure to all local HR and managers. Monitor and lead local HR team to complete Monthly report and Yearly Master on time and to ensure all record are correct and truth.
b) Keep all record in order.
c) Update relative policy and template, such as leave application, etc. d) Compensation and Benefit Management
e) Calculation and Distribution
Work with HR agency to register and terminate mandatory benefit in different cities. Implement policy and procedure to adjust salary.
g) Policy update as government regulations and rules.
h) Year salary survey.
i) Commercial insurance management.
5. HR Activities
a) Lead and coordinate HR activities arrangement in different offices, including birthday, monthly and yearly HR activities, etc.
b) Monitor yearly budge.
c) Assist to organize Annual Meeting. 6. Employee Database
a) Update the database on time and correctly.
b) Keep all personal files in order.
c) Update the information on Netsuite.
d) Submit report on time to HR Manager. 7. Others
a) Other jobs required by HR manager.

Educational Qualification Any Bachelor degree’s with Diploma / Degree in HRM
Desired work experience (in complete years): Min. 2 years work experience.
